Oh, what Vickers have become! But he is still the same person that Merve longed for.
Despite his current appearance, he saved a little girl called Chien that is a witness of the couple's undying promise!
Obtain his quest and exchange the rewards into Chien's little Shop of flowers!

Obtaining the Flower Crown/Maylily Garland will take time and effort so have patience and resolve to collect Maylilies around.
Upon gathering the Maylilies, Chien's Shop of Flower will definitely help your efforts by doing her Daily Quests!

Maylily and Sparkling Maylily
Maylily and Sparkling Maylily are spread in the entire Hakain's Crossing!
Who knows, you might find some of them around in an area you least expected to.
Purchase the Maylily Garland from her shop and give it to Vickers.
You can also exchange various items that will peak your interest.
If you stumble upon a Sparkling Maylily while collecting Maylily for the quests, you can use it to buy the Maylily Box!
Note: You can only collect Spakling Maylily if you have the Flower Scissors! So complete her daily quests to obtain it as the rewards!
Lastly, by completing the Quest from the Lovely Couple Vickers and Merve, you will receive the New Fellow Thundebolt!
This is their reward for helping them to be connected again in some way!
